Our solution
The client needed a new ERP system and had an SAP ERP project that was not successful or implemented fully.
N2M’s senior advisor assisted with guiding the client on next steps to take to finish the project taking into consideration the cost and the time the client had already invested in the project
The client's business processes and manufacturing processes were not analyzed at the beginning of the project.
Our business process and manufacturing expert worked with the client to define the business and manufacturing process to ensure the system is set up to meet their needs.
The client was going to have to do a new implementation rather than finish the current project due to issues with project set up and was concerned about timing and being able to successfully implement the system.
N2M ’s team guided the client and oversaw the implementation to ensure a successful project implementation, while monitoring costs and timing.
Results:
The client was able to go live with the new SAP ERP system within 6 months of engaging N2M.
